Stronger v1 does not require an account and does not provide cloud sync. Exercises, sets, weights, durations, share backgrounds, and preferences are stored locally on your device by default.
When you choose a share background, take a photo, or pick an image from Photos, the app reads only the image you select. Images are used to compose workout share cards and are not uploaded to a server.
You can export local workout data as JSON from Settings. You decide where to save, share, or delete the exported file.
The exercise library primarily references free-exercise-db, with source and license notes kept inside the app. Any expanded source pipeline will be reviewed for licensing before release.
