PhotoFramify is a locally-running photo frame editing tool. We commit to:
- No personal information collection: We do not collect your name, phone number, email, or any other personal identification information
- No photo uploads: All photos you select are processed locally on your device and never uploaded to any server
- No user tracking: We do not use any analytics tools to track your usage behavior
- No advertisements: The App does not contain any third-party advertising SDKs
2. Permission Usage
To provide core functionality, the App requires the following permissions:
- Photo Library Read Access: To allow you to select photos for editing
- Photo Library Write Access: To save edited photos to your photo album
Important: Your selected photos are processed locally only and are never uploaded to any server. We use iOS system security mechanisms to protect your photo data.
3. Data Storage
The App stores the following data locally:
- User Preferences: Such as language selection and template settings, stored locally on your device
- Custom Templates: Border templates you create are saved locally and can be deleted at any time
All data is stored locally on your device and is not synced to the cloud. This data will be automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- Apple StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases, payment information is managed by Apple
- Instagram/WeChat Sharing: When you choose to share to these platforms, the respective apps will be invoked and are subject to their privacy policies
5. Trademark Usage
The App may display camera manufacturer brand logos, which are derived from the EXIF metadata in your photos.
- Ownership: All brand logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners
- Purpose: Used solely for identifying photo capture devices, falling under fair use
- Non-commercial Use: This information will not be used for any commercial purposes or brand promotion
- No Third-party Sharing: Brand identification information is displayed locally only and will not be shared with any third parties
- No Commercial Affiliation: We have no commercial relationships with any camera brand manufacturers

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13 years of age, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children.
7. Privacy Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published within the App, and we recommend that you review it periodically.
